Micro Fusion Bonds
Micro Fusion Bonds - this is one of the most popular hair extension methods on the market. it is estimated that up to 60% of the hair extension services applied use this strand by strand method. Micro Fusion Pre-Bonded hair extensions (often referred to as keratin) are applied with gentle head and use a protein-based adhesive to form a strong bond. they are a fabulous way to add long lasting length, volume and colour to natural hair. Pre-bonded hair extensions come in various textures, colours and lengths and can last up to four months with proper aftercare. This type of bonding is suitable for most hair types and provide a very blended and seamless end-result.
Easy Shrink
Easy Shrink - The “Easy Shrink” method involves adhering the extension with the client’s natural hair by using a tube with Keratin inside of it and heating the tube so that the adhesive bonds the natural and hair extension together. It allows for easily removing the extensions as well, because the fused areas just need to be heated again and the tube slides right off causing no damage to the natural hair.
Micro Rings / Links
Micro Rings / Links - another brilliant strand by strand hair extension method. they are attached wih tiny rings that come in several colours for a close match to the root hair shade. they also come in different sizex for different hair textures. Copper Rings
Copper Rings - Copper tubes offer secure attachment of micro ring hair - due to the extra length of the tube. They also produce a neat and flat bond. These copper tubes produce a nice flat bond, and offer great 'grip' even on clients who may experience slippage with micro rings, due to the extra length of the tube.
Nano Rings
One of the newer methods of hair extensions, which has quickly became a favourite for so many is the nano tip hair extensions. They involve the placement of individual hair extensions strands, secured by a tiny nano ring. They’re considered within the industry to be 90% smaller than the traditional micro ring, making them comfortable to wear, especially for those clients who have fine hair, but also are less detectable. Meaning no one will know that your client has hair extensions in place.
Tape Extensions
Tape in extensions are the newest hair extension trend on the market. Tape in hair extensions are thin tape wefts, 1 inch wide pre-taped hair wefts, that get “taped-in” in between your own hair in “sandwich” like bonds. It is the most requested hair extension method in salons worldwide. This method is 100% natural, requires no tools or chemicals, and lasts up to three months-and the hair is reusable! It takes less than an hour to apply an entire head with zero damage.
